What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, person-centred care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
• Monitor resident health, respond to changes and escalate when needed
• Guide and mentor support staff to maintain best practice
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with facility standards

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN
• At least 12 months’ RN experience in Residential Aged Care (essential)
• Strong clinical, time management and communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Valid working rights in Australia (sorry, we can’t offer sponsorship)
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening and up-to-date vaccinations, including flu and COVID-19
